Judge the fault according to the flashing of the indicator light:
1. The power indicator keeps flashing quickly and the machine does not work:
Fault: The detection water temperature probe is open.
Maintenance: Open the rear cover, open the electric control box cover above the compressor, find a three-core connector, check whether there is any disconnection or poor contact, and plug it in again.
2. There are 3 indicator lights flashing cyclically, the machine does not work:
Trouble: The machine is abnormal in ice making and deicing.
Repair:
A. Cut off the power supply and restart the machine. Firstly, check whether the fan and water pump are working normally. If any abnormalities are eliminated, check whether the compressor has started. If there is no work, check the parts near the compressor. If it has started, judge the refrigeration System failure, according to the corresponding maintenance method.
B. If there is no fault in the refrigeration system, the ice can be produced normally, but the ice has been produced without de-icing. After 90 minutes, the machine will work abnormally and will be shut down for protection. The set of water temperature probes that need to use a multimeter to measure the temperature (when the temperature of the underwater tank is close to 0 degrees, unplug the three-core wire in the control box, and measure the resistance of the two wires on both sides), if the resistance is above 27K, then If the controller is judged to be bad, it should be replaced accordingly. If the resistance is lower than 27K, you need to disconnect any of the two wires, and adjust the resistance to between 27K and 28K by means of crossover resistors.
3. The ice full light flashes quickly:
Failure: It means that the deicing time exceeds the specified time, the machine will automatically protect,
service:
A. Generally, in this case, just restart the machine. If it happens repeatedly, check whether the skating board swings up and down flexibly.
B. If the two-way solenoid valve is damaged, this phenomenon will also occur. The machine can cool down, but when the ice cube reaches the set thickness and enters the deicing state, the water pump stops working and the ice does not fall off. The ice is forced to de-ice during inspection, (long hold Select the button for 3 seconds). If there is no obvious airflow sound in the ice maker, the two-way solenoid valve can be considered broken, and the solenoid valve can be checked for normal power supply. The coil test machine can be replaced, and the valve body itself cannot be opened very rarely.
4. There is no water in the water tank, no water shortage, loose ice cubes and impurities.
Fault: This fault is caused by impurities left in the water tank after ice making, or the water is rich in minerals, which makes the surface of the water level probe scale and affects the sensitivity of the probe.
Maintenance: Drain the remaining water to clean the inside of the water tank and clean the surface of the probe.
5. There is water in the water tank, indicating water shortage.
Maintenance: Check whether the two-core and three-core connectors in the control box are reliably connected. Reconnecting can usually solve the problem.
6. The water flow of the sprinkler pipe is not smooth, and some ice cubes do not play well.
Trouble: The spray pipe is blocked;
Maintenance: In the state of controlled water flow, use tweezers or other sharp objects to clean the debris on the water outlet hole on the spray pipe. Until the flow of water in each hole is unobstructed.
7. Ice making is normal but dehydration is difficult or not dehydrated;
Trouble: Two-way solenoid valve does not work or stuck;
Maintenance: After starting the ice maker, after ice cubes are produced on the ice maker, press and hold the selection button for 3 seconds to enter the forced deicing state. Touch the solenoid valve by hand. If it does not vibrate, it means that the solenoid valve is not supplied normally. Check the control Board and connecting line. If there is vibration, it can be repeated several times to remove the ice, which can solve the stuck problem of some solenoid valves. If the problem still exists, the solenoid valve is damaged and the solenoid valve needs to be replaced.
