1. Design the refrigeration machine production drawings and refrigeration system according to the climate temperature
First of all, according to the local climate temperature, the refrigeration system is tested, standard process documents are formed, and production is arranged. Prepare product parts according to design drawings
2. Introduction to production process
A: Foaming cabinet: use imported fluorine-free foam materials in the workshop, safe operation, self-inspection and mutual inspection are required before the next step.
B: Body assembly
Bottom plate: correctly installed, use the number of screws, the wheels are installed firmly, the wheels are flexible, and will not get stuck.
Front cover: correctly installed, the double-size front cover needs to be firmly fixed with screws or glue material
Board: All boards need to be installed in the correct space and firmly fixed
Door: The door is fixed on the body beam. The hinge is installed firmly. The gap error between the door and the main body is less than 1 mm, and the gap error between the upper and lower doors is less than 1 mm. Multiple doors on the same plane are not allowed to tilt or protrude. Check whether the door seam is tight after installation
Others: All components must be firmly fixed, in the correct space, neat appearance, missed installation/wrong matching is not allowed.
C. Cooling system components:
The condenser model should match the model, installed well, and fixed firmly
Fan motor: put the pre-installed fan motor, the blade is up, and fixed with bolts, the blade is not allowed to touch the condenser
The compressor model matches the refrigerator model, and the compressor is installed correctly and firmly fixed
Filter dryer: The filter dryer must be fixed on the bottom of the main body
D. Assembly of electrical parts:
The temperature controller is installed firmly and connected correctly. All wires must not touch the compressor casing, the condenser tube, and the connecting wires need to be fixed to avoid breakage.
E. Welding of cooling system:
Connection: The pipe connection depth is 8-12 mm, enlarged upward, the return air and high pressure pipes are bent 2/3 turns, and the capillary tube is bent 3 turns.
Welding: Welding joints are smooth and full, no desoldering, no false welding, no trachoma, no welding leakage, no dry plugging, no overburning, no serious surface oxidation, etc.
Finishing: The pipes must not collide with each other, cross-wound each other, and the entire pipe should be consistent. The return pipe needs to be insulated with a bushing for temperature
F. Nitrogen filling/pressure holding: Add 1.5MPa nitrogen to the cooling system, check the pressure for more than 8 hours, confirm that there is no leakage, and then continue to the next process
G. Vacuum suction: this process should last more than 30 minutes, and the vacuum degree is less than 25pa
H. Refrigerant/sealing: Fill the refrigerant according to the technical standard, the error is less than 0.5g, and record this date on the process card.
I. Electrical performance test: electrical strength, ground resistance, leakage current, insulation resistance
J. Refrigeration performance test: ambient temperature, test standard (cooling/freezing), test time,
K. Cleaning: No foam material, no plastic tape, no glue, no small parts inside or outside
L. Overall inspection: inspection process according to requirements
M. Packaging: The model and details need to be displayed on the packaging, and a fragile sticker mark is required
